We want you to love your new Melissa shoes, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and scented in their signature jelly packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn Melissa shoes back into their original signature box and secure them in a durable shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and clear-tape it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
